10-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Fajistore.pk, we want you to shop with complete confidence. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 10-Day Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. For hygiene reasons, certain products (like contact lenses or cosmetics) cannot be returned if the outer seal is broken or opened, unless they arrived damaged.
3. Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return:
If you wish to return or exchange your item, please contact our support team at fajistore.pk@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your parcel. Please provide your Order Number and a clear photo/video of the item showing its condition.

Reverse Logistics & Charges:

• If the product received was damaged, faulty, or incorrect from our end, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund.
  
• If you wish to exchange or return an item based on personal preference, the customer will be responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse via a traceable courier service, and reverse shipping charges will apply.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3–5 working days. Refunds are typically issued via Bank Transfer or Digital Wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa).
